If you feel stuck in your job and would like to elevate your professional life, I support millennials in the workplace in evaluating their options while providing additional perspective as a therapeutic professional and career coach.

Throughout the pandemic alone, I have helped individuals achieve over half a million dollars of combined additional income, create healthier work-life boundaries, and heal through the debilitating effects of imposter syndrome.

How it Works

Part One: Schedule a 20-minute Courtesy Consultation with me where we’ll discuss your goals for your professional career.

Part Two: From there, we’ll build out a custom career coaching schedule (in-person, virtual, or via phone calls – wherever fits best in your schedule).

Your Investment

My coaching services have a simple, flat rate of $200/hr that includes projects such as:

  • Goal setting

  • Resume writing

  • Interviewing 

  • Negotiating income & benefits

  • Developing work-life balance and boundary placing 

  • Navigating workplace politics 

  • Combating imposter syndrome, lack of self-belief, and lack of self-worth
